The hotel was a great place to spend a Christmas getaway. The room was modern, spacious, and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and always willing to help us out when we needed something, like printing bus tickets. The location was key, as it was within walking distance to a great coffee shop and other attractions.

This hotel has a great location, being close to the river and to many parks. the rooms are studio-style with cooking and eating equipment, making it great for long-term stays. the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is an elevator to the third floor. there are plenty of nearby attractions, such as the Royal Palace and a nice coffee shop.

It would have been better if the hotel had provided independent reading lamps on each side of the bed to provide softer lighting, and if the fridge and gas stoves were less noisy and useable.

the room was well equipped with amenities, including an impressive view of the city and fast Wi-Fi. the location of the hotel was convenient for me as it was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

The hotel failed to meet my expectations in terms of room service and cleanliness. On multiple occasions, the cleaning staff failed to replace towels and make the bed, and the room overall could have been cleaner.

The spacious apartment was perfect for our family, accommodating all of us comfortably. The hotel had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. The caretakers were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Siem Reap.
